Common Questions

Frequently Asked

How long does a custom home build typically take?

+

Most of our custom homes take 10 to 16 months from groundbreaking to final walk-through, depending on size, complexity, and weather. We provide a detailed schedule before construction begins and keep you informed of milestones throughout.

Do you work with my architect, or do you provide design services?

+

Both. We're a full-service design-build firm, so we can handle architecture and interior design in-house, or collaborate seamlessly with the architect and designer you've already chosen.

What areas do you serve?

+

We build throughout the United States and Canada — including Tampa Bay, Davis Islands, Beach Park, Hyde Park, Bayshore, South Tampa, Carrollwood, Westchase, and neighborhoods nationwide. If you're not sure whether your lot is in our service area, just ask.

What's included in your warranty?

+

Every project we build is backed by a written warranty covering workmanship and major systems. We also stand behind structural integrity in accordance with Florida building standards. Full warranty details are provided in your construction agreement.

How do you handle budget and pricing?

+

We believe in honest, transparent pricing from day one. After an initial consultation we provide a detailed estimate, and during construction we share line-item budgets and progress reports so you always know where things stand.

Are you licensed and insured?

+

Yes. We are a fully licensed Florida general contractor (License # CBC1270849) and carry comprehensive liability and workers' compensation insurance.

Can you renovate a home I already own?

+

Absolutely. We handle everything from kitchen and bath remodels to whole-home renovations and additions, with the same craftsmanship and project management approach we bring to new builds.
